Fully equipped, SS appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Outside: kayaks, paddle boards, firepit, elevated deck over water, 6 seater golf cart (must sign waiver), 5 min walk or 2 min drive to beach, 20 min drive to downtown St Augustine.
