Pool is available to be heated. We charge $40/day or $200/week to help cover the heating expenses.

Loved this home! The location is brilliant. 5 minutes from Anastasia State Park, which has good kayak/canoe rentals for fishing or just boating and a lovely beach. 10 minutes to other beaches and downtown St.Augustine. The views were spectacular! Felt like we were sort of in the middle of nowhere but then loads of things to do around us. The house itself was awesome. So much space and really cool spaces. Super comfy linens and towels, lots of amenities, extra garbage bags, toilet paper, shower supplies etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Really nice to have the elevator. Jared and Josh had fresh darts and ping pong paddles and balls delivered while we were there. I would definitely go back. We actually stayed an extra night we had such a lovely time. Super responsive hosts. Thanks guys!

The home was a great place to vacation. There was a lot of thought put into making the most of every space. It was well decorated, everything worked, and we had no issues and enjoyed ourselves very much. The location is right between the city and the beaches so both were easy to get to. We enjoyed hanging out, and the kids loved all the different things to do at the house (ping-pong, pool, darts, foosball, etc). Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a large family vacation. We had 4 generations come together to celebrate our grandmother’s 90th birthday and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. The home is beautiful, large enough for everyone to have their own space and very accommodating for everyone’s needs. Fully stocked-we were able to cook and eat at home and anything you could need was there. We had such a wonderful time and hope to be back-beautiful memories were made! Love the location and will always think fondly of the lighthouse view when we look back on our trip to St. Augustine.

Amazing Air B&B rental. We brought our family of 9 (4 generations!) together for a getaway and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone loved their individual bedroom and the entertainment area on the first level was perfect for the adult kids to hang out after hours for karaoke and games with no noise for others sleeping. Watched the beautiful sunrise every morning from the second floor patio with the scenic view of the lagoon, trees and birds making this so tranquil. The pool has a beautiful seating and entertaining area perfect for group cocktails or dining. Oh yeah, swimming too :) Jared and Joshua were gracious and responsive and have provided an excellent "compound" for family get togethers. Highly recommend!

The house was nicer then even the pictures showed. The beds were super comfortable and we were very happy to see there were plenty of towels and plates etc. The furniture was comfortable and there were very nicely decorated rooms . Jarred was super responsive when we had an issue with elevator and had it handled quickly. We would stay at their property again. Highly recommend.
